Technology

On November 22, 2025, our doctors and assistants took another big step into digital dentistry and successfully began digital workflow training. Modern 3D printing technology, precise scans, and efficient processes are taking our practice to a whole new level.

Digital first: Our team is heading into the future

On November 22, 2025, our doctors and assistants successfully completed the first part of their digital training as part of the Digital Workflow Training program. This intensive training course gave them a comprehensive insight into the digital treatment process—from precise intraoral scanning and digital design to modern 3D printing for dental applications.

Not only was technical knowledge conveyed and demonstrated, but also the advantages of this innovative technology. Digital processes enable significantly greater accuracy, reduce sources of error, and shorten treatment time for patients. By using digital systems, models, splints, temporary restorations, and final restorations can be fabricated directly in the dental practice in a very short time—often even on the same day. This not only saves time but also increases flexibility. Everyone was able to practice extensively in the fabrication of dentures, splints, and other restorations.

Our assistants were able to experience these advantages for themselves for the first time during training and put them into practice. The successful completion of this module marks an important milestone on our path to a fully digital workflow. We are already looking forward to the next steps in training and to further optimizing our practice processes using modern technologies.
